Teams at Laneway

Thank you for expressing interest to apply to join a team at Laneway Church. It's exciting that you want to help us create a welcoming and safe environment for people to explore life in Jesus.

Teams at Laneway Church operate with people who have chosen to 'Join Laneway'. We have two categories for being on a team at church.

SERVE - this refers to volunteering on a team that helps support the practical life and ministry of the church. It requires commitment to the Serve Code of Conduct that will be included in online training.
LEAD - this is a role that is considered to have a spiritual leadership function in the church. It therefore carries a greater expectation to live in alignment with our Statement of Faith. It requires commitment to both the Serve Code of Conduct and the Lead Code of Conduct that will be included in online training.
